Get Mentally Healthy was founded in 2019 in order to provide comprehensive services that support and foster good mental health within the workplace. The global economy loses around $1 trillion every year due to any number of mental health conditions. Data tells us that 1 in 4 people currently admit to having mental health problems, however recent research now suggests its more like 1 in 2!
